The Concept of Work. Reality Flows

The concept of work is highly overrated

We need to work to make a living

But it doesn't mean we should be mentally slave...

Don't threaten your staff with sack...

The scarcity of water 💧 does not call for a man to drink his own urine...

In Africa 🌍 and especially in my Country...

People pray so hard 🙏 in their places of worship not to loose their job...

A job that is not yours...

A job that belong to someone...

We attached this kind of emotion to our job...

That's why when people loose their job here 🙄

They feel bad...cry heavily and can even fit depressed...

Some of these expatriate and business owners take advantage of us...

Because already, our government have sold us too cheap...

The boss that sack you would definitely be sack someday

Or may be he or she would definitely leave the job one day

Nothing is permanent...

Some people spoil other people's image just to make name or get promoted in the workplace 🙄

A lot of false accusations have gone unnoticed in the workplace...

People have left companies without being given that chance to express their grievances...

What goes around might comes around...

Don't feel intimidated about peoples being...

Avoid those cancerous diseases that inhibit human relationships...

I'm so glad that read the history of work

I'm a business management student for life...

F.W Taylor is the first man in history who look at work and studied it!

We can learn to practice being human again in an Organisation
