This thing called manipulation is brainy. Some people are miserable. But they excel at using their brain to scattered human race.

A boss who called you and tell you he needed his or her report and not calling you to check on you is manipulating.

Companies who doesn't care about your well-being,mental health and where you stay ate manipulating you.

You see excessive silence in a group meeting is manipulation.

When you are expressing your feelings on things that matters or bordering you and your friend or colleague is saying "eya" "abi" or "hun hun" all these are manipulating. What is abi and what is eya.

Using and dumping your staff after using them to make money is manipulation. Many companies does this in Nigeria. They silent our Government with there own cut of the cake or share. So you are on your own.

Using people. Benefiting from people without them benefitting in return is called Schmoozing. So bad. But it's the modern world. Roll with it.

Reading someone status on a private mode especially when they have nothing to gain from you is called manipulation. It's only those ex bf ex gf that these hide and seek fit well for.

Manipulation has really come to stay.

Principles is far better than rules.

If we live our life on a good principle, we would do things from our heart. There would be balance and enough to go round.

And what do people gain from receiving rather than giving? I

Sociology of Prostitution

Sociologically defined, prostitution is an occupation in which an individual sells sex in a promiscuous and emotionally indifferent manner.
Human by nature are all product of lies and deceptive. Women lies and men deceive.

Every human has the tendency to try an act. Let him cast the first stone. There are prostitute and there are prostitutes.

If a female body is appealing to her female counterparts...it's reveals the beginning of temptations. The urge, the motivation and the fantasy.

And now beyond prostitution. There seems some guys who are finding their fellow guys body appealing.These are the short coming of not just the western world but also Civilization. Human body changes faster these days. Cream and drugs. Invention of drinking the undrinkable and the art work of Spa.

Any human can try or has tried the act of prostituting one day or one night or even one moment. Even in their imagination.The one that is mostly talked about in the news is the one that has become ingrained or embedded or rooted.
Like the act of any offensive act,you can try prostitution just for one day and the one day could be become entire days. It's then become a culture. Pass it on and pass it on.

How it's  been done differs. Human of day differ from the one at night.

To call people politician or charge them for playing politics on an issue is a serious insult.

So how do you address the road side worker? If you called them prostitute because you found them out doing business.Then what is the best way to address that girl you are talking to in the eatery in the name of relationships?

Marketing Problems in Nigeria

The problem we have with #marketing in Nigeria is a problem of definition. You know, what you cannot define...you cannot practice. You cannot even work on it. Definition really matters

Marketing problem in Nigeria started with #insurance and #banking. You know...Insurance products is very difficult to sell. So these guys have to embark on employing that they would use to get #sales. They call them #directsalesagent DSA. Sometime they use them. Sometime they manipulate them. They end up dumping them. That's why ifyou ask many graduates if they would like to do Marketing job? They would tell you No. I hate Marketing job. Many of the company in Nigeria fails at some point in The Product Life Cycle.

Marketing is not a field for everyone. It is a field for professionals.

Those that work or walk or hawking on the road are not Marketers. They are doing something different. Some elements of Marketing. We have #promotion, #salespromotion,#publicity and PR. Even #digitalmarketing is just one part of Marketing. It can never be Marketing itself. Marketing is large.

I advise many #startupcompany especially because they need to do more than Multinational that has failed to practice Marketing well.

I visited a shop this morning to buy Local bread to eat with correct beans and fish.

The woman selling bread was busy praying and I had to wait.

After she finished praying 🙏 I said amen and amen to her prayer. I said the amen should work so that I can have millions and be eating bread abroad.

She replied so I would go to abroad and who would be buying her own bread?

She said this with a mix of joke and some elements of seriousness.

Human by nature are products of selfishness.

I could remember vividly some couple of years back when I told a friend working in a bank. I said; please help me with a banking job. Even when I know that there is no difference between bank and telecom. Both are suffer head. Like someone told me it's like jumping from frying pan to frying pan. Though still one of the best job in the country of corruption.

My friend told me that AJ even if I have a job for you, I'm not going to give you. I asked; why? She said; who is going to be fixing my Laptop 💻😐😒? Who is is going to be solving my Internet and device problem? I said; sister I can always do that for you even if I'm not working in Telecom. This is something that I learnt from the street and not in the office. The talent would always be there.

The cream cannot rise beyond the lid of the bottle. You cannot be richer than the owner of the company.

Even those we work with has the intention of using us. They don't wish you good. Until they have use you to the extent they feel it is OK for them.

Friends and people can always run after you in as much it's benefits them to their personal advantage.
